Versa 2 turns off and won't track heart rate

My versa 2 turns off and on randomly, randomly vibrates, won’t stay connected to my phone, and the heart rate monitor will not track anything. The green light doesn’t even turn on.
I have reset my watch multiple times, done a factory reset twice now, unpaired and repaired countless times, turned on and off my heart rate monitoring. Everything that was suggested on others posts.

It seems my watch is just worthless after having it for only a year.

This is currently happening to me .. I’ve had my watch for just over 2 years . I contacted Fitbit and they didn’t have an answer for me. Did you ever fix it or find out what was causing it?
