My wife's Versa 2 has been acting erratically lately. It will turn itself off for no reason and it can't be turned back on by pressing the button. The last time it happened, it woke back up by itself after a couple days. It just happened again yesterday and cannot be turned back on. Battery was not low and it won't turn on when placed in the charger. Have tried several chargers too so that's not the issue. Has anyone experienced this?

Update - would never turn back on.
Ended up submitting a claim for a replacement which is arriving this week.

You can try restarting the Versa 2 by holding the button down on the side of the tracker until the Fitbit logo appears then release the button. You should feel the Versa 2 vibrate indicating the restart is complete. If the first restart doesn’t work try it a second time. if restarting the Fitbit fails to fix the problem try the restart procedure a second time. If the problem persist I wonder if a clock face you have on the Versa 2 could be acting up. It’s worth trying to change the clock face on the Versa 2 by going through the Fitbit app. Try one that’s made by Fitbit or try to put the original clock face back that came with the Versa 2. Open you Fitbit App, tap profile picture then scroll down and tap Versa 2 then tap gallery.
Please let me know how it goes and let me know it this resolved the issue

Hello,
Tried to switch faces. Would not switch as it couldn't find the device,the app just sits there and spins when trying to apply the clock. I can literally hold the button down for a minute and it won't come on.
I'm thinking it's toast and need to send it in for warranty.

I would agree with you that you should contact Fitbit Customer Service: https://myhelp.fitbit.com/s/support?language=en_US. Because the Versa 2 wont remain on it will not connect to your mobile devices Bluetooth. Without that connection the Versa 2 is of no use. I hope they are able to get things sorted out for you…either a fix that works for your current Versa 2 or a replacement.
But on a completely different subject I thought your profile picture is fantastic….made me smile and laugh

I have 2 versa 2 that both shut off today and I can't turn on. I doubt I will ever buy one of these again.

Same thing on my Versa 2 today. Synced at 1:58 and a little after 2 it just went black. I've restarted my phone 3 times, tried several times to restart Versa 2. The Versa 2 has no lights on the back.and won't respond.

I’m also experiencing the same thing. Versa 2 just turns off by it self and when I press and hold the button on the left, turns back on but time is not synced. One time the screen turned all fuzzy. just sing clock faces by Fitbit too soooo not an issue there.
This is happening more frequently now and not sure what’s going on Fitbit.
