Versa 2 turns off/on by itself

My Versa 2 turns on and then once I press a button or touch the screen it turns back off again. I removed it from my devices and it won’t let me pair it again as it turns off the minute the code comes on the screen. It’s fully charged and I have tried restarting my phone, unpairing from Bluetooth. Everything I see on the forums isn’t working. I can’t restart factory reset it because it turns off when I try go to the settings on the device. Really sad because it is only a year old this month.
