Versa 2 turns off randomly and won’t turn back on

I’ve had my Fitbit for a little over a month now (Oct 14). Since then it has developed the habit of turning off randomly. At first I could just turn it back on. As of recently I can no longer do that. It happened twice now in a 10 period. What is happening and how do I fix it?

Hi @Mchesnut24, welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm sorry to hear that your Versa 2 started to turn off randomly and now it won't turn on at all. I totally understand how you feel about this and I appreciate the time spent trying to get this issue resolved before contacting our forums.

I would like to know if your Versa 2 vibrates when you put it on the charger. In the meantime, try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, monitor your watch and see if it comes back to life and it stops turning off by itself randomly.

Looking forward to your response.

Hi Juan! I appreciate the response. When I put it on the charger I get no response from the Fitbit. As if to say it’s completely shot or unresponsive to any attempt to turn it on.
