Versa 2 turns off when off the charger

My versa 2 won't turn on after being on the charger. As soon as I take it off the charger it powers off and won't let me turn it back on.. help!! I use this daily and love it. But now its not working.

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. After this, charge your Versa 2 for 2-3 hours and see if the issue gets fixed.

I have tried all of these.... they haven't worked.
