Versa 2 unable to get into watch - stuck on ' off - hours'

When I tap the watch it brings up ' off - hours' 

Tried , re booting phone and app, holding down button, then doing 10 seconds hold, off, hold, off, hold , off and then long hold. Changing face of watch which did change but can't get into watch still.
