I have a brand new Fitbit Versa 2 and I can't transfer my music from my computer to my Versa 2.
Everything works fine so I can sync my Versa 2 with my Android phone and also with the Fitbit connect app for Windows 10. So last week there was a new firmware with bug fixes and tried to install it. But with wifi it did't work and after 5% it restarts the update, so then I tried Bluetooth instead and it did work but took 10 hours to complete! Anyway it didn't solved the problem about transfering music to the Versa 2.
So I searched the forum and tried several things:
This is what I have tried:
- Installing new firmware: 35.72.1.15
- Following this manual and this one
- Check if the Versa 2 has wifi (2,4Ghz WPA2) --> yes because I can ping to the Versa 2
- Placed the Versa 2 near my router
- Restart the Versa 2 and also my Windows 10 computer
- Disabled the firewall
- Tried with the Mac but also the same problems
- Removed the Versa 2 from my account and install it again
- Turn off the Bluetooth of my phone and/or from my computer, all possible combinations
- Reinstall the Fitbit connect app
So I have ran out of ideas and I really want to have the music on my Fitbit Versa 2 so I don't need my phone while I'm running. That was the reason I bought the Versa 2. If this isn't possible I will send it back to the store and get my money back.
Ik hope someone have the solution...

I have contacted Fitbit support and it seems my Fitbit was broken. So I received a new one and everything is working fine now.

Yep, does not tranfer on my Versa 2. Piece of junk.
