Hi

i have the latest firmware on my versa 2 however can’t update apps or download new apps. 
I’ve tried updating the Fitbit app, reinstalling watch via Bluetooth however no luck. I can synch the watch.

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2.

 

Please note the following:

  • Up to 39 apps can be installed on your watch at a time.
  • Some devices must be connected to Wi-Fi for some apps to install or update. For instructions on connecting your watch to Wi-Fi, see How do I connect my Fitbit watch to Wi-Fi?

 

If necessary, you can find instructions on how to remove an app in this article in the menu "How do I remove apps from my Fitbit watch?".
