I am attempting to reinstall my Versa 2 with my phone. When I click on accept, its asking for a 4 digit code. But my watch keeps telling me to unlock with my phone. How do I get this code?

@kal1970 to unlock with the phone takes less than 30 seconds.
However by removing the tracker from your account, this option has been removed.
You will need to do a factory reset.

You still will have to setup Fitbit pay and make your life easier and set the lock for only Fitbit pay.

Timing of the steps are critical. As @kal1970 says, you may have to try as few times or have someone else try.

Neither could I. I'm also a little confused by people saying hold the 'back' button - I have a Versa 2 and it only has one button on the side - am I being particularly stupid?

Hi @TAF60 is your Versa 2 still connected to your Fitbit app and shows up in your Fitbit App on the phone?
I assume your Versa 2 says to unlock with the phone?
If still connected to your Fitbit account, unlocking with the phone is a 30 second process and only requires setting up a new pin code.
Now set the pin lock for Fitbit pay only.
The back button is the single button on the side, the when pressed, brings the tracker back to the clock face.
