Versa 2 update from badges on watch is a long time ago

On the actual watch when swipe up the TODAY icon shows you everything. Well my personal bagels are there but last sync was in November?? How do I get it to update?

In the phone Fitbit App

Click on profile photo [top left]

Device photo [middle left]

Sync -

See when last synced

Try refresh by touching circle it should say "a moment ago"

if so, try restarting the watch

Shut down watch [ Swipe left, Settings, at the bottom,

About, at the bottom, Shutdown]
wait a minute
Start watch [Hold button till it vibrates and wait for Logo and clock to appear]
