I've checked this thread for updates. It's mentioned there the issue is now resolved! I couldn't reply there, so I'm sending my message here.

After yesterday's update, my Versa 2 stopped syncing. I restarted my watch, then the clock went crazy and showed incorrect time. I logged out of my app then tried to log in but I was unsuccesful. After a couple of hours, the server's back so I logged in but still no syncing. I tried everything that suggested by fitbit. I even removed my watch from the app and tried to add it again. Then, I thought maybe a reset to factory can be helpful. Since then I couldn't add my watch in the app. The app founds my watch but in the next screen it can't be connected. I tried to restart my watch, turning on and off blutooth and location, uninstalling and installing app and restarting my phone but no luck!

Any recommendation? My phone has Android 10.
