After chatting online with support, it seems one of the software updates has removed the “sync all day” feature. Before my sleep used to show on my watch a few hours after waking and my exercise pretty quickly after finishing. Both without having to go into the app and sync
Now I’m told I have to go into the app to sync these to my watch if I want to see the most up to date information on my watch. the watch seem as user friendly nor “in the moment” as it once was having to go into the app.

This is strange. Fitbit did remove the "all day sync" option in our profile settings but it's now set to be on by default and cannot be turned off so I don't think this is the cause of your issue. When you do manually sync is it working ok?

Thanks Steve. This is so odd! When I sync’d yesterday it hasn’t pulled through to my watch and it does sometimes. I’m getting quite exasperated with the whole thing used to work fine and Fitbit even sent me a new Versa 2 as mine in warranty and it’s doing the same thing! Would you recommended anything else?
