Fitbit "is aware of the problem and working on a fix" according to the help chat. No timeframe. Many apps and faces won't install via my mobile app because it says I don't have the latest version of the firmware, but Fitbit Chat assures me I do and that they are aware of this issue. I was told I could check on the status of the issue by coming here to the forums, but I see no topics about this. So I'm starting one.
Anyone else with this issue? Anyone know anything about the fix? Anyone ever have a positive experience dealing with Fitbit?
