I bought my Versa 2 in December last year and up till a few weeks ago it has worked great. Now when I get notifications for messages, calls or messenger it will vibrate but won't show the notifications. It also will not let me swipe down from the top to check for messages. I can swipe side to side and left to right just not down from the top. I have tried restarting my Versa multiple times. I've uninstalled the app and reinstalled it. I made sure all the notifications were turned on on the phone and app. My phone is a Samsung Galaxy S8+

I have checked all the settings and all the notification settings are turned on. Like I said my fitbit will vibrate indicating a notification but the notification doesn't show up. When my phone rings my fitbit vibrates but the screen is black and won't turn on when I press the side button. It still won't let me swipe down from the top to check for notifications.

To move forward with this situation, please re-enable the notifications feature of your device and try the troubleshooting steps that are specified on the help article that was shared on my previous post and let me know if the issue persists.

I have done everything in the troubleshooting list and I still have the same problems. Can't swipe down from the top to check for notifications. Watch vibrates for incoming notifications but no pop up to tell me what the notification is. Phone rings same issue... watch will vibrate but screen is black and won't turn on till after ringing has stopped.

Did you ever get a resolution to this? My daughter's having the same issue.

It was still under warranty so they replaced it.
