Versa 2 vibrates when I get a notification but doesn't actually show the notification

Hi,

My Versa 2 vibrates when I get a notification but doesn't actually show the notification.  Also the screen will not swipe down but will swipe in other directions.  When I set a timer the screen does not show the tick to stop the timer I have to just wait until it stops vibrating!  It still shows my "not moving" notification every hour though.  It's as if anything that comes from the top of the screen isn't working.

All has been fine it's just the last few days it's started to do this.

I've tried lots of fixes I've seen on here but nothing seems to be working.

Any ideas anyone?

Hi @Josiejo101127 Is one of the things you have tried restarting your Versa 2? Restart your Tracker  

Have you tried a different (Fitbit) clock face?

Failing these 2 then try a a Factory Reset (Settings App on the Watch)

If none of these resolve your issues then contact Fitbit Support
