Versa 2 voice reply won't work in car

Hi...I just bought the fitbit versa 2 🙂 anyway I've tried SEVERAL times to respond to texts using voice in the car and it won't work.   Even with the radio off.  Has this happened to anyone else? It works every where else unless noisy  ofc.  Thanks

Are you speaking through the Versa 2 or a Bluetooth device? 

Do you have a good Internet connection? 

Any error messages

When saying it doesn't work.. It is usually helpful to 'em lids in what way it don't work?

Good point thank you.   Im n actually b speaking through the versa... it just has three blue lines moving up and down like it does when processing and it continues for a while and then In her a blue circle and it will say can't recognize try again?

I didn't think that loud?! I have a Honda Odyssey.   I drive on the highway but I turn the radio off to talk.   It must be loud though because even my Alexa wasn't working great

I'm just taking guesses. 

It issounds like the voice is not getting through or a spotty Internet.
