Versa 2 wake screen doesn't swipe, at times it does not turn on

I have recently encountered such issues where the wake screen by gestures display the time but doesn't do anything else when swiped. I proceed to allow the watch to turn off by gesture and it doesn't turn back on at all when i again rotate and held up my wrist, plus the button on the side of watch did not turn the watch on when this happened and i will get a blank screen for a long time before i put it down and let it rest then it works again.

Hi @Aquaman83 That doesnt sound normal. Try restarting it several times and see if that fixes it. If it doesnt then try a Factory Reset and set the tracker up again. If it still co tinues to cause problems then contact Customer Support

Restart your tracker

Fitbit Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

I try restarting the watch and it works for a while before decided to play up on me again. I also feel a small vibration from time to time and the heart rate will revert to no numbers when this happened.

There must be something wrong.
