Versa 2 warranty status inquiry

I had my versa 2 for 27 days. The screen went white. Would not reboot or anything support told me to do. Fitbit sent me a return label and I returned it 3 weeks ago. That's 21 days. I haven’t received any info on it at all. I contacted support and they wouldn’t even tell me if they received my device. 
i am at a loss of what I should do. At this point I just want my money back!
