Buyers beware. When you have a Versa watch that fails under warranty, which appears to be often, the replacement watch doesn’t receive a new warranty. Fitbit’s policy is, the “new” replacement watch keeps the 365 day warranty from the original purchase. The best offer they would make me on the second defective unit is a 35% discount on probably a refurbished watch.
Buh-bye Fitbit.

That's pretty standard in the industry. I've never seen a Company give you a fresh new warranty if you had a claim. Your purchase date warranty continues.
