I recently bought the Versa 2 and am having issues with it. Last week I did a 5km park run and while it tracked my steps it did not log it as a workout. Initially it wasn’t tracking my kms correctly and was only logging a very small percentage of my walk - I did a 3.6km walk and it logged 0.4km - even though I had pressed track walk on my watch. I contacted the support center and they said to update the app and to just monitor the kms and steps. The next day I contacted them again as it was still not working even though I had done 15,000 steps my watch was saying I’d done 3km. This time they said to adjust my stride length. I have done that. Multiple times to make sure. Today I did a 5km park run. I used the tracker on my fitbit app (because I want my kms) and before I had even finished, my app was saying I had done 6km!
why is this happening?!?

This watch came out over 3 years ago. We are now on the Versa 4. It is entirely possible the watch is bad. Where did you buy it? Can it be returned?

Gosh I didn’t realize that! I got it from Big W 2 weeks ago. It seems to be working ok now - but I’ll be keeping an eye on it!
