Versa 2 watch exercises shortcut doesn't work

All the sudden I cannot enter my exercise short cuts on my Versa 2. When clicked, it just flashes and nothing happens. Other buttons work fine. This of course means I cannot start any exercises.

Hi, this might be obvious, but I’d do a shut down and restart.  From the watch go to settings, about, shutdown.  Then long press on the side button to restart and see if the exercise icon works.

I’m having the same problem. Yesterday it stopped recording in the middle of a dance class. Today, I hit “Exercise”, it looks like it’s about to load, and then it goes back to the main menu. I rebooted, but I still can’t get to the menu where I can select an activity type to start recording a workout.
