Versa 2 watch face fell off

 Not sure whats going on but all of a sudden my versa 2 watch face fell off and no longer working. This was a gift from my kids that was a bit pricey, was hoping for some help with this issue.

As this is a physical damage on the Versa 2, the next step is to contact Support. 
They'll be glad to get a phone call or to chat with you.

Thanks for reaching out, but the watch face fell off on its own. I step tracking was important for my health and weight loss, my family made it a mission to help assist. I was achieving results but think lack of tracking has sidetracked me. Alway open to help
