I am just trying to connect to my Spotify account, which I linked up with yesterday. I had no problem controlling my music yesterday, but today my watch says that I'm not connected to the internet. However, when I go into my Fitbit app, it says that I am connected. I tried restarting my watch and my phone, but nothing has helped. Everything else is synced with my phone.

@CAPayton17, I'm sorry for the late response. However, let me welcome to our Fitbit Community. I'm happy to assist you with your Fitbit Versa 2 since it says that it's not connected to the Internet. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.
Please let me know what is the brand and model of your phone. Also, make sure that your phone has the most recent Fitbit app version installed.
