Versa 2 watch won’t swipe

My fit bit versa 2 shows the Home Screen but won’t shift from that when I swipe it. I have tried resetting a few times and recharging and syncing but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions please?!

Interesting, 4 responses and no response from any admins.  

I was out in the sun yesterday and afterwards noticed I couldn't swipe on the screen. I managed to do so today and start a workout but I could not end the workout. After resetting the watch, I can swipe but am not able to select exercise option or other options as well.

Yep. Cannot swipe on my Versa 2.... Began yesterday.  Shutting down and restarting doesn't help.

Had the same problem. Couldn't end the exercise. Eventually it completely died. I had to contact the help centre and luckily it was under warranty and they sent a new one

Had to give up on it & buy a new one !
