Versa 2 water intake isn't syncing

My Versa 2 isn't syncing my water log from my watch to my iPhone app and hasn't for a few days. Everything else seems to be syncing properly. I've searched for a resolution online and have tried the following:

-restarting my Versa (multiple times)

-restarting my iPhone app

-restarting my iPhone

-checked in the Fitbit app for "Today" app updates (none are available)

 

Are there any known issues of this happening recently or was there a software update made that's causing a syncing issue? Any other tips to get this to work? Thanks!

Thank you for the information provided and for trying to resolve the issue with your Fitbit Versa 2 before contacting us.

 

At the moment, we haven't received reports about having difficulties to log water intake caused by a recent software update. To try to resolve the issue, I would recommend setting up your watch as a replacement device:

 

  • Tap the Today tab Fitbit logo in gray, and tap your profile picture.
  • Tap Set Up a Device.
  • Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.
