Versa 2 weather app not updating

Starting this morning my Versa 2 will no longer display my weather. It only says ""Sync the Fitbit mobile app to update." I have forced a sync with no improvement. I have restarted my phone and my watch. Nothing will work.

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before posting over here. If the weather app doesn't update, check the following settings:

 

  1. Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. 
  2. The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.
  3. If you change locations, sync your device to see your new location in the Weather app.

 

Let me know if the issue persists.

I'm experiencing the same issue as the original poster and none of your suggestions resolved the issue.
