Versa 2 weather app not updating

My weather app is not syncing with versa 2 starting 2 days ago. Says wrong temp and seems to be froze

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for the details that were shared. If the weather doesn't update, check the following settings:

 

  • Location services must be turned on for the Fitbit app. For instructions, see How do I use GPS on my Fitbit device?
  • The Fitbit app must remain running in the background on your phone.

 

After taking the above into consideration, please restart your Versa 2 and let me know if the issue persists.
