Versa 2 weather app showing incorrect city

I have a Versa 2 and I’ve set up the Accuweather app to display the weather for my current location, which it does correctly, but also shows the weather for a second location even though I only have one city added in my settings. I’ve never even heard of the second location before. I’ve tried deleting the location I have and reentering it but the problem still persists. Can someone help please?

Hi @SunsetRunner, welcome to our Fitbit Community! I'd like to follow up and help you with your Versa 2 since it shows a second location, even though you only have one city added. By the way, thank you for troubleshooting this issue before contacting our forums.

 

Please try a factory reset. To do so on your device, open the Settings app > About > Factory Reset or Clear User Data. Sync your watch before this in order to avoid losing current data. After this, try setting up the Weather app again and see if it stops showing the second location.
