Versa 2 went black after factory reset...can not turn on

I have had fitbit versa 2 for less than a month...has had various issues like  button would not return to clock...and spontaneously would go to  Alexa app or Relax app. I tried restart and did not help. I decided to do a factory reset to see it it would fix the problems and now completely black and will not turn on.

Try a simple Restart and do it several times if necessary. If that doesn't work, contact Customer Support.

Yes I have tried that numerous times. It will not turn on.
