Versa 2 went black and won’t restart

My versa 2 has just the same

Thanks for the details shared in your post. I recommend following our troubleshooting instructions, including a restart, in Why isn't my Fitbit device's battery charging? Additionally, please connect your watch to the charging cable and confirm if it's paired to your Fitbit account:

 

1. Force quit the Fitbit app and restart your phone. 

2. Open the Fitbit app, tap the Today tab, and tap your profile picture.

3. Tap Set Up a Device.

4. Choose your device and follow the on-screen instructions to continue.

Hi lilly

I tried all your suggestions and can feel the watch vibration when the start up code is sent through but can't see it 

I purchased the watch in February so I will take it back
