So I put it in the charger ( even though it was at 35%). Still nothing. Just a black screen. Won’t sync. Also tried holding down power button to reset but nothing. Help would be appreciated.

I just talked to support. Went through all the things we have already grid here. My screen is still black. Was on the charger most of yesterday, and never showed any life. They did say I would be hearing from the “higher ups” about my warranty options. It is about 1.5 years old. So, year warranty is up. Looks like I wil be shopping today. Good luck everyone. I hope some of yours kick back to life.

Yep.
Looks like Fitbit did updates to Versa and Versa 2 that bricked lots of watches (deliberately or not) and they don't want to try to fix them.
They don't care, money is still coming in as people buy new watches.
If I can't fix mine, I won't buy another Fitbit for sure.

If this is true, I am livid. As I was at the 13 month of a 12 month warranty 😡😡
