Hi my Versa 2 works perfectly for a few weeks charging properly etc screen all good and all stats measured and displayed properly THEN it will vibrate and have a black screen and become completely unresponsive!
and if I charge it it discharges within 2 hours.By accident I found that if I left it in a drawer for a a week (so that it becomes totally discharged) I can then charge it up sync to my iPhone and it works properly again - it has done this twice now.
(it has never been in water or damaged physically).
Fitbit say it is out of warranty so will not do anything apart passing me to the Forum! What great customer service Fitbit gave!
