My versa 2 went black screen overnight. It was at 73%.it won't turn back on.. I have checked for updates, quick clicked the start button, and went through the guide on how to restart your versa 2 with no luck. It is only 5 months old so a bit disappointed. Any suggestions?

Mine has been escalated to the warranty department, fingers crossed. Have you spoken to customer service yet?

Agreed, have you spoken to customer service yet?
Update:
Absolutely the same. I received mine for Christmas, he received his for his birthday shortly after. He has had no issues and I have the black screen.
I did contact customer service, thank you for the suggestion!

What's the next step after customer service won't help? My Versa just went blank after a visit to the pool and has died on me. It worked just fine prior to that. Troubleshooting has not fixed the issue. Customer Service "assistance" was limited to telling me that the warranty department will sent me an email to tell me I'm out of luck.
This is extremely disappointing. When you sell a watch as being waterproof it would not be unreasonable to expect it to be .. well... waterproof. No?!

I have a similar issue. My Versa is still synced, vibrates for notifications and calls. however, I cannot see ANYTHING. I have attempted restarts several times and the screen still has a grey hue, slightly illuminated but I am unable to see any data. Has anyone gotten this resolved???

I was able to get my Fitbit fixed through chat. I reset my Bluetooth and deleted the app and reinstalled it. Then I reset the Fitbit by pushing in the left button and the lower right and boom everything is fine again
