My Fitbit has a complete black screen, and vibrate every now and then when I press the bottoms. Sometimes showing a grey screen. I’ve charged it for the passed few month thinking that was the problem, but nothing has changed. I contact Fitbit for a renewal because of the malfunction of their product.

I've seen that you contacted our Support Team after posting here but they haven't heard back from you since May 18th. If you're still having issues with the screen, please reply back to the last email you received from them so they can continue assist you.
Please note that our main purpose is to avoid negative experiences to our customers, we're always willing to help and provide troubleshooting steps. Then, if the tracker is deemed defective we review eligibility using the one year warranty option.
