Versa 2 went in reset loop and now not even charging

So after 4 years of flawless use of my Versa 2, it is the day to abandon it.

The watch decided to go in reset loop and at least the screen was showing the FitBit logo and then going back black, now it is not even charging and the screen is not responding. 

I got used to the not syncing issues where the watch looses connection with the phone, but now it is just dead electronic device. The funny thing is that the battery was Okay - 3 to 5 days... but no matter how much I love FitBit, Google destroyed it so I will use the money for their competotors. I wish Google never stepped in.

I would like to continue to use my watch... so my last hope is here to get some solution...
