in oktober 2019 kocht ik een versa 2, ik was daar zeer tevreden over, doch hij laad niet meer op en geeft geen teken van leven meer.
Gezien de coronacrisis kan ik niet naar de winkel ( Vandenborre) waar ik de versa 2 gekocht heb.
Wat kan ik doen?
