Versa 2 white screen and it won't swipe

My Versa 2 has stopped swiping, but worse, now the clock face is turning white as if my Fitbit is dying after three years. Anyone else experiencing this?

Hi there, @jmk-c. Thanks for stopping by in the Fitbit Community Forums and sharing the details about the issue with your Versa 2.

Please restart your Versa 2 as suggested here How do I restart my Fitbit device? If the restart doesn't work try to change your clock face. If this fixes the issue, you can change your clock face back to the original clock face.

Thank you for your response. After restarting several times and fully charging the Fitbit, I threw the Versa 2 into the trash can. The screen would not respond to touch or swiping, and the screen showed white. It lasted three years and began giving me trouble after I got it slightly wet. This is my fourth Fitbit. Chances are good that I won’t own another one.
