For the past 2 days, since last recharge, my Versa 2 no longer functions when I try to swipe or tap. It seems to keep proper steps, sleep, time, etc. when I access it on my phone app and pc desktop. I tried changing clock face, but still nothing. Seems I am having to charge it like every 2 days now. Before it was lasting 3-4 days.

Exact same issues- having to recharge after two days, can’t swipe and the time is not correct after a recharge unless I manually sync with my iPhone. Getting very frustrated.

Same. I did a factory reset and that helped but 3 days later and the issue is back

I did a reset and it's working, but still have to recharge at least every 48 hours.
