My Fitbit Versa 2 will not allow me to swipe. I have reset it numerous times and am still unable to swipe. I have owned this less than 4 months. Can anyone help with this? Thank you in advance.

HI @mrsmgreer3  Try a factort reset but if that doesnt fix it you will need to contact Customer Support

BUTTON FACTORY RESET FOR VERSA 2 AND VERSA LITE
Hold the back button for about 8 seconds.
When the Fitbit logo disappears: Release the button briefly (for less than 2 seconds).
Hold the button again until you feel a second, longer vibration, which indicates the factory reset.

Please help. I asked for help on Fitbit community because my screen is staying on the watch screen and it doesn’t swipe or respond to touch. I received an email telling me to do a hard reset. Was able reset and go through the most of the set up process but my watch didn’t reset because date was not cleared. (Picture above) The screen still does not work. I am unable to hit the okay button. What do I need to do now? This is so frustrating. I got this in December and now it is not working. Please help.
Thank you
