Versa 2 will not charge or turn on

I have had my Versa 2 for less than a week.  I have tried to charge it for the first time, it will not turn on after charging.  I have tried cleaning connections, multiple USB ports etc.

Hi @LeihaJ  Try restarting your V2 several times. If that doesnt getvthe screen back on please come back here.
