Versa 2 will not charge

I received a replacement versa around 12 months ago and it’s been working fine. I didn’t use for a short while and when I tried to charge it, leaving it for several hours, there was no charge at all. On the app it shows 3% but it will not even start. I’ve tried to contact aupport but had no luck so wondering what else I can do . I have cleaned the charging port and connectors as auggested

Welcome to the Fitbit Community, @Nadinelancaster. Thank you for letting us know that you have cleaned the charging port and connectors to charge your Versa 2 and that you have tried to contact support.

 

To charge your Versa 2 again:

  • Try a different USB port or a UL-certified wall charger.
  • Make sure you use the charging cable that came with your device, as most cables aren't compatible with other devices.

    Check the alignment and try reconnecting your device to the charging cable. For more information, see How do I charge my Fitbit device?
