my Versa 2 went flat. I have recharged it. Now it won't sync with my phone. I have tried all the hints and tips but still no success. Out of desperation I factory reset the watch....still it won't sync. I have followed the instructions on the app....help please

Thanks for bringing this to our attention and for trying some troubleshooting steps before to posting over here. If you haven't already done so, I recommend you to check how the syncing procedure works here and see if there's a missing requirement on your Samsung phone that's preventing the syncing procedure to be completed.
