I have a versa 2(Which is amazing), however, I would really like to connect my spotify premium account to it, however, when I go into the spotify settings within the app, nothing happens when I click on log in. I have tried restarting my phone, logging in and out of the fitbit app, and redownloading both the fitbit and spotify app as well. Any help? I have contacted fitbit and they said they are contacting a "higher team."

@SlatySoup, welcome to our Fitbit Community! Regarding the Spotify issue that your Versa is experiencing, I appreciate the time spent trying the troubleshooting steps you mentioned before contacting our forums.
I was able to get in touch with our Support team and was told that since your case has been escalated, they will get back to you soon.

Samne happens with my Versda and Spotify. Versa tells there is not internet connection. The main problme is that the Fitbit App randomnly connects to the saved Wifi and there is no reason why does not remain connected which I understand is essential to link Versa with Spotify apart from having the Spotify App opened in the Android phone as well. Can somebpdy from Fitbit enlighten ourselves where is the clew and why such a random behavour of wifi connection of the Fitbit App. Thanks.

Even my $30 MiFit Band 5 does it automatically. I only got the versa 2 because the screen is bigger. There is always something wrong with my versa, always.

I fully adhere to your statement about Versa 2 and Spotify. I have decided not to count with this Versa ability since long time ago.
