Versa 2 will not connect to my phone

My versa 2 will not sync.  I gave restarted my phone, twice actually.  I have disconnected my blue tooth and reconnected. 

My Fitbit still will not sync. Not sure what else to do. 

 

Help!

Please try the troubleshooting steps that are listed in this help article. This article contains steps that you already tried but you can skip them and proceed with the rest.

 

After this, monitor your watch during the next 24 hours and see if it syncs properly.
