Versa 2 will not sync with new firmware

Hi all, last sync on Versa 2 was Wednesday night and since then it has been on the icon screen prompting me to download app.

 

I have uninstalls app, connecting to my laptop, restarting phone and versa, deleted from my account but still nothing.

 

When I log in to my account through the fit bit website it doesnt allow me to sync from there.

 

Any other suggestins?
