I understand there are several other threads out there about folks having issues with their Versa and Versa 2's. My situation isn't too dissimilar. But I'm out of ideas at this point.
So I've had my Versa 2 for barely a month. I haven't had any real issues until very recently. There was a firmware update sent out a couple days ago (atleast that's when I received it). And ever since the firmware update. I have had serious sync issues between my Versa 2 and my phone (Galaxy Note 10+).
Until today, I was usually able to just reboot the versa and it reconnect. Today though...it was like something just broke. My Versa 2 was constantly showing itself as "Disconnected" and whether I rebooted or resync'd the device to my phone, it would just immediately disconnect. So I read all the forum topics I could find, and followed all the advice I could find on how to resolve this sync issue. Up to unpairing the device from my phone - using the Factory Reset function. All the above (figuratively).
And now...my Versa 2 will not pair with my phone, or any other device I have for that matter. Between my PC, my phone, my work phone, my old spare iPhone. Absolutely No Device is able to detect my Versa 2. So now..I have a smartwatch...that is utterly unusable as it's currently sitting in it's initial "First-Boot" state and will not pair with anything.
Any help would be appreciated.
