I bought a versa2 in June. It took me about a week to successfully transfer music on my laptop to the versa. I have been trying to do it again for about 2weeks and it will not work. It says
"could not sync because Versa 2 has disconnected"
Well I check everything and no it is not disconnect. Still connected to the internet and bluetooth. I have made sure everything is up to date, I have double check and yes my internet is 2.5. I have uninstalled the app and reinstalled, turned off and on bluetooth, unpaired and repaired, I have shutdown and factory reset many times. My computer and fitbit are on my home internet signal is great. I have had it directly plugged in. I have made sure no other bluetooth was on. I have also tried on other networks
I am out of options is my device just defective?
