Versa 2 with many lines on the screen

My Versa 2 started to show lines today. I don’t just mean white lines, it has multiple colours on it.

 How can this be fixed?  I’ve only had it since January.

May I ask the result? Mine is suddenly doing this tonight. No damage or water intake.

I sent my concern/ problem to the support and they sent me a new tracker.
