Versa 2 won't alert me about my WhatsApp calls

Hi, I have got a new android phone . Upgrade from iphone. And versa is not vibrating when someone is phoning me on whatsapp. I receive all other notifications even though not always but never a whatsapp call. I receive regular phone calls. 

I tried everything, unpair, pair again, restart phone, restart app, uninstall app.

Notifications on phone is set as pop up for whatsapp calls. 

After call has ended if I scroll my watch I can see missed call. 

Is fitbit working on this issue as I have noticed complaints since 2018 with no fix.

May I know the model of your mobile phone? Please make sure it meets the requirements listed here. Are you getting any error message? 

In addition to the steps you've tried, please make sure to follow the steps provided here Why are notifications delayed or missing?

Please bear in mind that when you turn on the do not disturb or driving mode setting on your phone, your Fitbit device receives notifications but won’t alert you. Swipe down from the top of the screen to see your notifications.

Note: Since you have an Android, you can set your Fitbit device to always send you notifications:

1. Tap the Today tab > your profile picture > Notifications.
2. In the Vibration Settings section, turn on the Always Vibrate option.

Hi,

I have Samsung A52 , had iphone and there was no issues. Vibrated for every
whatsapp and camera notification. Now only vibrates occasionally, never for
whatsapp calls.
Bluetooth connection is stable.
