Versa 2 won't alert me about my notifications

Hi, my Fitbit has stopped alerting me to calls and messages but still vibrates on reminding me to move and when I go through the menu?

I’ve tried to disconnect and re connect I’ve deleted and re installed, it’s not on DND or sleep? I’ve updated the software, I’m a little lost as to how to get it going again? 

Any help would be welcomed - thanks
